Champagne Room is Australia’s first dedicated champagne bar and it’s full of class and contemporary style, bringing colour, life and theatre to the champagne ritual.

For a very special occasion, you could order a bottle of Perrier Jouët Belle Époque or perhaps the Veuve Cliquot Rosé. Aperitifs, digestifs are also on offer as well as beer, cider and spirits.
If you’d prefer to sip on something more quirky, try one of their exciting cocktails including The Guillotine with Cynar, Johnny Walker Red Rye Finish, salted caramel syrup & orange bitters or a Mary Antoinette with Tanqueray Gin, baked apple bitters, lemon & rose milk syrup.
With an exquisite range of dishes selected to complement the drinks, Champagne Room’s menu features an impressive amount of Sydney seafood with freshly shucked oysters, cured ocean trout and whitefish carpaccio. Don’t worry if you’re not a fan of seafood as you’ll be spoilt for choice with dishes including duck breast, Wagyu rump and porcini arancini. The set menu also offers a range of entrees, mains and desserts to choose from including sirloin steak frites and coconut panna cotta.
Champagne Room ensures guests feel comfortable to stay for as long as they like, making it the perfect place for a long and lavish lunch or just casual drinks. The venue is also available for exclusive hire for up to 64 seated guests or 90 standing, ideal for all kinds of social celebrations and corporate events.
